ABOUT THIS CLASS

In a recent study, the likelihood of someone experiencing neck pain in a given year is about 23%. About 1 in 4 people will experience neck pain each year, especially those who work at a computer. Neck pain is complex. In PNMT, we don't teach routines—we teach reasoning and problem solving. There is no substitute for hands-on experience and expert guidance, particularly in such a small and complex area as the neck.
