IF YOU ARE AN INSTRUCTOR, WE'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU LEAD A CLASS, WORKSHOP OR GROUP, UP TO 15 PARTICIPANTS DEPENDING ON THE SET UP.

A welcoming space for educators, facilitators, practitioners, and students—a place to host workshops, trainings, and enjoy our weekly movement classes.

We offer a supportive, fully equipped environment for:
